Chicken Teriyaki Rice

Preheat Oven to 375F
In a greased 9x12 baking dish, add 1.5 cups of white rice.
Next add in quartered up zucchini and zucchini squash.
Add in the 2 cubed chicken breasts. Separate up all the chicken throughout the dish so they cook faster and evenly.
Season all the ingredients in the baking dish with onion powder, garlic powder, and a tablespoon of garlic.
Next, add in 1 cup of frozen broccoli, 1 cup of carrot chips, 0.5 of a chopped white onion, and 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth.
Top all the ingredients in the baking dish with teriyaki sauce. Pour to your taste. As a reference, I used the whole 16oz bottle.
Cover the baking dish tightly with tin foil & bake at 375F for 1 hour. Stir halfway through.
