Crockpot Chicken Sandwich

To a greased crockpot add 2-3 chicken breast.
Season with a packet of ranch seasoning.
Add cream cheese and half of your cheddar cheese.
If your crockpot gets very hot you can add a splash of water for added moisture.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Once done shred with two forks or your mixer.
Once shredded add chopped bacon, celery, and the rest of your shredded cheese. Mix well.
Add mixture to sandwich bun. I also top mine with avocado dip.
