This Crockpot Creamy Chicken Pasta is perfect for your next easy weeknight dinner. Everything is cooked in the crockpot... including the pasta. Who doesn't love a simple, minimal mess dinner!
Grease your Crockpot.
Add 1-2 chicken breasts depending on how much chicken you want.
Season however you like. I used garlic truffle seasoning.
Pour in some marinara sauce. Pour a little water back into the jar, shake and pour out to make sure you get all the sauce.
Do the same with a jar of alfredo sauce.
Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3 hours, making sure that the chicken is fully cooked.
When the chicken is done, shred it up using a hand or stand mixer.
Add the chicken back into the sauce.
Pour in a 1lb box of uncooked, short grain pasta. Mix it up so the pasta is fully covered by the sauce.
Continue cooking on low for another 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
