A lot of people don't think you can make delicious ribs in your Crockpot, but you can! This is a super easy dinner, which is perfect for prepping in the morning and then being ready when you're getting home from work.
Take your rack of ribs and remove the membrane off of the bone side. Use a knife to get it started and pull off it off the rest of the way.
Pat your ribs dry.
Cut them in half so that they fit in your Crockpot.
Season both sides of your ribs generously. I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a BBQ rub.
Pat all the seasoning onto both sides the ribs so that it all sticks.
Once it's seasoned, add the first half of ribs into the Crockpot, bone side down.
Pour in some BBQ sauce and rub it in.
Add in your next half of ribs and apply some more BBQ sauce and rub it in. For reference, I used half of a bottle of BBQ sauce in total.
Cover and cook on low of 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
The internal temperature should be 190F so that it falls off the bone perfectly.
