This Mexican pizza is so easy to make and makes such a delicious dinner! Perfect for a weeknight, an addition to Taco Tuesday, or if you're just craving a pizza with a twist on traditional tastes. You're going to want to try this one!
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Roll out some pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Bake the pizza dough for 8 minutes.
While the dough is baking, cook 1lb of ground beef in a skillet, season with taco seasoning.
Prepare your pizza toppings. I used lettuce, chopped baby tomatoes, and avocado slices.
Next prepare you sour cream sauce. In a small bowl, add 8oz of sour cream, 1/4 cup of taco sauce, and 1 tbsp of taco seasoning. Mix well.
When your pizza crust is done, top it with about half of the sour cream mixture.
Add on your cooked ground beef.
Sprinkle on about 2 cups of Mexican blend cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes or until your cheese is fully melted.
When it's done, apply your toppings and drizzle on the remainder of the sour cream mixture.
