This is a great change up from a typical spaghetti dinner. I was really skeptical about it at first, but it was so good that I'm going to have to start making it way more often!
In a skillet, brown 1 lb ground beef, half a chopped white onion, and a chopped green pepper.
Drain the grease from the skillet.
Season with some taco seasoning and give it a good mix.
While this is cooking, have a pot of water coming to a boil. When the water is starting to boil, add in the spaghetti.,
In your skillet, start making your meat mixture by adding the salsa and 1/3 cup of water. Give this another good mix.
You will then add in the Queso Blanco. Mix this occasionally until all the cheese is melted, and a sauce is formed.
When the pasta is done, drain, and add to the skillet with the sauce.
Mix it all together once more and serve!
